Micro Image named Family Business Excellence Award Winner

We’re thrilled to announce that we just won the 2022 Family Business Excellence Award! We’ve taken home the trophy for the small business category in Victoria and Tasmania. This award is a fantastic achievement for our incredible team and we really appreciate the clients and partners that have helped make this possible. A big shout out also to Bruce’s parents Robert and Marion Shaw – they took Micro Image from its origin as a scanning bureau and guided it through the start of the digital age in the 1990’s – until we took the baton in 2011. 

The Family Business Excellence Awards recognise the achievements of families that are managing respected and successful family businesses. They seek to celebrate the significant contribution family businesses make to the Australian & New Zealand community, society and economy. The family business sector is worth roughly $1.4 trillion and has been heralded by Australian economists as being key to economic recovery.
