- INTELLIGENT DATA CAPTURE
By using Teleforms data capture software, OCR, ICR, OMR, Barcode, and manual data-entry are all available options. Validation and Reference tables can also be employed to further improve data accuracy.
- MAILROOM SERVICES
Micro Image currently provides outsourced mailroom services for several large blue chip clients. Incoming mail is received by Micro Image, opened, sorted, and scanned with images then securely transferred either internally or externally for data capture and/or further processing. Solutions and service levels can be tailored to your requirements.
- ACCESS ONLINE
Images and data can be securely located on the Internet with only a web browser required for viewing. Alternatively, solutions can be Server, PC or Disk based.
- MICROFILMING
The original document archiving technology that always remains humanly readable. Micro Image can microfilm documents (eg. medical records) and engineering drawings up to A0 size. Providing microfilm in microfiche, 16 & 35mm film, and aperture card formats are all available options.
